How long after coming off contraception did you get pregnant

Hi all, I had my implant removed on 22nd June and started ttc straight away, tracking ovulation etc..

I dtd right after I had a blazing positive OPK, so a few hours before ovulation. I'm now 11dpo and all my tests are negative I am due on in a couple of days and have period symptoms so looks like I've missed my chance this month

How long after contraception did you get pregnant and do you have any tips other than the obvious tracking ovulation etc

I am 22, have never been pregnant and it's my first time ttc, I had my implant for almost 3 years and was on the pill for about a year before and I took the morning after pill a few times before that when I was quite young (16-18) Will this make it hard for me to get pregnant? xxx

Taking the morning after pill shouldn't matter, but it's completely normal for it to take a few months OP.

I had my implant out the first week in June and I got my BFP last Thursday. Its definitely possible but give your body time. I was lucky and seemed to have my first normal period at the end of June.

2 and a half years ... but I'm unusual. Most healthy couples will conceive within 12 months of trying.

Each month you have a 20% chance of getting pregnant.

Try not to worry yet.

First baby I was still on the pill and missed a few days when we got married and boom pregnant. My 2nd I was off the pill for 12 months until we got pregnant and we had given up pretty much and said let’s stop trying 🤣🤣

No logic in it!!

Also I’d been on the pill since 16 and fell pregnant at 27 with my first, 2nd I was 31

I fell pregnant 8 months after coming off the pill at 29 then had a missed miscarriage. Fell pregnant again 8 months after that at 30.

It was 7 years for me but we did find out we had a fair few fertility issues
