Anyone else come off this pill and can share their experiences please?
I am not quite ready to TTC yet but want to get my body back to normal for a few months beforehand and start to read my body again. I’ve been on the POP for about 7 years, started on the 12 hour window one which stopped my periods completely and later on made me feel depressed most of the month so I switched to the three hour one, Norgeston about 18m ago. I get regular monthly periods but no idea if I’m ovulating or not.
When should I stop the pill? At the end of a pack? At the start of my next period?
Did anyone have any side effects when they stopped this pill? My periods are light and manageable with minimal pain and I’m expecting them to get heavier.
