I’m looking for some advise. I came off the pill a week and a half a go after 3 years. I have had 3 days of what feels like period pain but not as bad but no bleeding, pains in my back, nausea and feeling really hot. I don’t know if this is normal for coming off the pill or of it could be a sign of pregnancy?
