Low spent count and fertility treatment. Anyone gone through it? How did it go?

DH has a very low sperm count (4million) and has tried six months of vitamins recommended to improve it, and other things, and it hasn’t changed. He will have an appointment with a urologist next.

This wouldn’t be our first child, so we may pay for some kind of fertility treatment privately, but i’m just starting to explore it now.

Did anyone else have fertility treatment for a low sperm count? How did it go? What did you have?

I don't have any advice in terms of what helps but my husband and I are in a very similar situation. I just wondered how you were both getting on?
