Extremely faint line on pregnancy test

Hello, I have used a cheap pregnancy test and I can see an extremely faint line. I'm not sure if it's possible to get an evap line within the first 3-5 mins after taking the test? I feel like I've looked at it too much and sort of hoped the line was there. Ive come off the implanon 4 months ago and never got a period since so not sure if I've even ovulated.
I can't add a picture as I'm new.

How many dpo are you OP?

I'm not sure of my dpo because of having barely any periods, I can never fully follow it. It's quite hard.

Keep testing and fingers crossed it is the start of something! Come back and post a picture when you can and I’m sure plenty on here will be happy to give an opinion
