Is this a positive PT considering I broke all the PT rules?

Ok so I am 8DPO, I had my LH surge on CD13 so I would have ovulated approximately on CD14 (or potentially CD15 but that would only make me 7DPO)

I wasted my FMU by getting up for the bathroom in the wee hours (haha) so had to wait for a few hours after rising this morning to test.

I broke open the FRER after about 5mins as it wasn't showing anything (I was curious) and then left it aside while i had my morning coffee, totally under the assumption it was negative.
I happened to look at it again after about 20 mins and I see a dot of pink at the top and a faint shadow below it.
The dot is definitely pink!

So I broke every PT rule but I'm hoping this is going to eventuate in a stronger positive over the next few days!

The reason they say don’t open them is because it affects the drying time and can give you an evaporation line.
If it didn’t show anything within the time specified to read the test then try to be patient and test again in a couple of days.

Yes I'm pretty sure it's an evap as it got even darker when I looked again.
Oh well...I'll still be testing again in the morning 🤦🏼‍♀️😂
