Evap? Chemical pregnancy? Photo

Just after a bit of a hand hold or similar experiences really. My period is due either tomorrow or Saturday. I have had BFNs all week until this morning when I got the attached but my usual pre period spotting has also started. The test was fainter before it dried. I've not used clear blue early tests before, so not sure if this could be a cruel evap. I took the other test yesterday lunchtime and that was stark shite (I meant white but I will leave 'shite' as it's apt Grin).

Last month I got faint BFPs on FRERs with pre period spotting but then period arrived anyway (followed by BFNs) so looks to be a repeat of last month.

I was so hopeful this time as I heard you can be more fertile after a previous chemical, and I had a tiny bit of spotting at 5dpo.

If this is another chemical this will be my third in 18 months of trying for #2. I had an ectopic and my tube removed in the pregnancy prior to the first chemical.

I am starting to feel like giving up TTC as I feel so frustrated. I was told to be done and dusted by 35 by my consultant due to placental abruption with my son, I'm 35 next month. Sorry for the pity party but I know this month is likely to go the same way.

I don’t know how strong a line would be with a chemical but didn’t want to read and run. Keeping fingers crossed for you as I understand the struggle Flowers

That line looks quite thin. There have been a few people posting similar photos but they've turned out to be false positives or bad tests.

I do hope it all turns out well for you though

Also I have heard that the pink tests are better than the blue. Not sure why really but I just use the cheap pink ones from B&M or wherever.
