8/9dpo brown spotting. Could this be implantation?

I hate to symptom spot but 6dpo i had sharp pains in the centre of my uterus which very much felt like my first pregnancy when I felt implantation. Since then I have had on and off twinges and some back ache, but nothing like AF.

8dpo I have been experiencing brown spotting but only when I wipe and it lasted until today (9dpo at 3pm)

Still getting some twinges. Not uncomfortable but a bit out of the ordinary.
No signs of AF coming either.

Congested, bleeding gums and I cannot even describe how tired I am. I constantly need to nap.

What do you ladies think? I am dying for my BFP!

It's sounds like implantation bleeding... I had this on my first try at IUI but unfortunately it wasn't meant to be. But I had very similar pains and a metallic taste in my mouth. So I'm keeping my 🤞🏼 crossed for you x
