Help...is this line eyes or the real deal?

I'm having quite strong cramps and am due my AF today, but thought I would test anyway just in case. Here is my result. Is that a line I'm seeing or line eyes.

Took another test to be sure and this time it really is a BFP! Now just keeping my fingers crossed and hopeful for a healthy pregnancy?
