FF has finally changed to being in my luteal phase and i have attached my premom chart... can i finally stop using opks this cycle? Still using them twice daily because I can't accept i may finally have ovulated!

What does your FF chart look like?

It does look like you finally had a temp shift though! I'd lay off the OPKs unless your temps start trending downwards again.

@Juno231 i havent been great at doing bbt, only really trying the past week - ive attached it for you to see!

I agree with @Juno231. Just keep tracking your BBT every day.

FF has took me out of my luteal phase now after todays temp, what is going on😭 i know temp hasnt shot up like other graphs buts staying at least 0.5 degrees higher than norm. So fed up. Bbting is totally effecting my mood
