Hi everyone this is my first post. So I am TTC at age 22, I live with my boyfriend, we've been together 2 years & have lived together for over a year - we privately rent a 2 bed flat together & both have decent jobs. I am just desperate for a baby & have been for most of this year .. my boyfriend wants a baby too.

So I had my implant removed last Tuesday (22/06/22) after having it in for 2 years & 10 months. I bled for 3 days starting from 3 days after removal (25/06/2022) despite having a period from the 14/06/22 to 18/06/2022. Is this normal? I'm now off my period and am doing ovulation tests daily. Can anyone offer any advice at all?? I have never been pregnant and have been on birth control since I was 18/19 so how long would it take for me to fall pregnant?

Sorry if that was a bit confusing, thanks everyone xxx

@Paigef98
Hey 😊

I'm 23.. I was on the pill for 8 years.
I came off beginning off November. I got several withdrawal bleeds as my body was just trying to get back to normal... I got a positive test in February but sadly ended in a miscarriage. Started trying again after my bleeding stopped and still nothing yet😥 although I am in my 2 week wait now!
Make sure you are taking folic acid daily 😊
