If I have had a miscarriage, and now got a bfn should I still be feeling nauseous??

On 3rd of June I started bleeding, then cramping the following day, tested 3 days into the bleeding and got a definitied BFP. Bleeding continued after that for another 4 days, so 7/8 days in total. I could only have been a few weeks pregnant, at the most 3. Initially I felt nauseous, funny taste in mouth, hightened smell. Noticed I was only nauseous a week after the bleeding started. Then noticed the nausea disappeared. But then it returned a week or so later and I have had it for the last week on and off every day. We DTD two weeks after the bleeding (what I believe was miscarriage bleeding)started. I tested again yesterday twice and got two BFNs -once with a Clear Blue digital and once with a cheapie Numark brand stick.

Basically I am wondering is it likely the HCG could be so low in my system that it won't be picked up on a pg test stick but that it could still be making me feel nauseous? I am fed up. I am wondering if maybe I did have a miscarriage but maybe I have got pregnant again.. or is there soemthing else entirely that just happens to have been making me feel nauseous for a week now...

I didn't want to read and run. I've just miscarried after a missed miscarriage I should have been 12 weeks but baby stopped growing at 7 weeks so had to have medical management due to nothing happening the natural way.
I am 2 weeks post miscarriage and still suffering nausea and extreme fatigue apparently it can last for up to 3 weeks after miscarriage. I've been told to test on the 7th July and as long as its negative then I can go back to ttc if that's what I want.
Sorry not much help I know xx

Awh @Emlem86. I cannot even imagine going through that, it is very heart breaking. I hope you have good support around you?

Thank you for your reply. I am so confused about what's going on with me. I think we only DTD a week after my last period ended so a) I am surprised I even got pregnant and b) I am surprised the test had such a strong line.

I thought when the nausea went away after a couple of weeks that that would be it, that it was all over so I nearly got my hopes up when it started again and I thought maybe I didn't miscarry, maybe it was just bleeding? But having done two tests now that have come back negative I just keep telling myself it must have ended. I am also wondering is my brain playing tricks on me? Though last night my nausea was as bad as it ever has been and now we are at 3 weeks(+1) since the bleeding started. I have felt OK this morning so maybe that'll be it over. It just seems super strange to me that if I have miscarried at such an early stage how I could possibly have symptoms for so long... Confused

I'm really sorry for your loss.

I have never experienced this after a miscarriage. My symptoms usually go after a couple of days of bleeding.

If it continues I would call EPAU and ask for a scan to make sure your womb is clear.

Xx
