PCOS & TTC - how long?

I am currently going through a chemical pregnancy loss and feeling really awful about it.

I have been having unprotected sex (sometimes daily but at least once every two days) for 7 months now.

I suffer from PCOS and Endo but have had scans which show my womb looks good, no cysts present in ovaries although “bulky” and tubes are clear.

Just wondering if anyone has had any luck ttc with PCOS without medication? Or if so, what medication was needed?

I have recently lose 2 stone taking my BMI to 29 so think that may have assisted in ovulation with the chemical.

I have very regular 29 day cycles despite having PCOS although suffer with acne and excess hair

I have pcos and have been pregnant 5 tes in 6 years.
My first child was conceived in 2 cycles and was born prematurely due to pre eclampsia complications. Baby 2 took 1 year and was lost at 6 weeks, baby 3 was 3 cycles and died at 10 weeks, baby 4 was 2 cycles but was lost a 5 weeks and my last child I'm unsure about as we'd stopped trying as I was very ill. He was born prematurely.
I never took any medication to get pregnant but my problem seems to be that I can get pregnant but my hormones fluctuate so much that I find it difficult to sustain a pregnancy in the first trimester

@Mammyofasuperbaby so sorry to hear about your losses that must have been so difficult to deal with :( so happy you managed to get your beautiful babies though although it does sound a struggle!

I will see how it goes over the next few months and keep trying to stay as healthy as possible. PCOS is certainly no fun xx
