TTC BFP followed by BFN?? Please help! So confused!

Hi guys, would appreciate any opinions on this. I'm 26 and it's my first month TTC so I'm totally new to this. I took a cheap test yesterday (CD27 11DPO) and it came out with a faint positive. But then I took another this morning 12DPO and it was BFN and then took a FR and it was BFN. I just don't know what to do because I got really excited yesterday and now I feel disappointed. My cycles are slightly irregular so my DPO could be wrong. I've also been having cramping and a weird acid reflux thing that I've never experienced before. Has anyone else experienced this?

What test did you get the positive on and do you have a pic?
Could be a dodgy test (annoyingly they are out there one step have been awful I had very pink lines but negative all others from the same sample)
Otherwise it's possible you're still early and you urine was not diluted today or possibly a chemical pregnancy. 🤞🏻 you're just early x

I do have a pic but the app won't let me post it because I'm new. It's one of the cheap stick ones but there's for sure a faint pink line on there. I'm hopefully going to find the patience to wait a couple of days before testing again. I know I'm being dramatic because it's literally my first month but the BFP followed by BFN really threw me.
