I want another baby but my partner doesn't

I'm very grateful for my two boys, but I don't feel complete. I really want another baby. Not for a few years yet as mine are currently 2.5y and 6m. Id love a little girl, though know the chances are only 50/50 and if it were a boy I'd still be over the moon.

However - my partner is adamant he doesn't want any more children... ever.

Do I stay with him and keep our little family together and accept he doesn't want anymore? Anyone else in this same boat have any advice to offer?

Is your relationship otherwise happy? If so, you'd be leaving a content, settled relationship on the off chance you can fall in love, conceive and carry a baby to term. You having another baby isn't a certainty - what if your next partner decides they don't want a child, or you find by the time your in a new relationship you can no longer conceive - you would have thrown away your happy life (and distrusted your current children's lives) for nothing.

*disturbed your children's lives

@Touloser I wouldn't say we are overly happy in our relationship. Merely just content 🤷🏻‍♀️. I don't want to break up our family, or disrupt the boys lives'. But I can't help shake the incomplete feeling that I want another baby. I don't think he will change his mind in a few years either 😩

If you left solely because you want another baby, that would mean potentially giving up 50% of your time with your current children. Is it worth that? Would you feel more complete with a new baby and joint custody of your sons?
