Due on today but still BFN

I'm due on today but tested this morning and still got a BFN - is there a chance I might still get a BFP in next few days?

I've only got a cheap tests until Friday are these less effective than the branded type ones?

All this unknown is so frustrating!

@DolphinBlue1 you know, as long as AF didn't show up, you're not out. You could have ovulated late. Or had a late implantation.
In my experience, the cheap test only showed a positive once I was overdue. But others had a BFP much earlier. That's why I personally don't test anymore if I'm not overdue. I don't like answers that aren't answers :)

@Bundaberg84 thank you. I obviously knew all that but when your just waiting for AF to come or for a BFP then I need reminding! I will test again tomorrow!

I need a reminder in those situations as well. I read all the same articles again in hopes for a new insight :)
