Mild bleeding in middle of cycle, im so panicked

What is this? I have had sexual health screenings but I get this pinkish discharge like blood mixed with discharge. I’m so worried something is wrong and want to ttc soon. I’ve had tests for sti all negative.

Is there any reason why this would panic you so much?

Ovulation bleeding is fairly common, could it be that?

I have had ovulation bleeding for about 3 years, had two transvaginal ultrasounds and both time healthy ovaries, and I've found it helps me know when I'm ovulating, a fact that I have corroborated with Clear blue fertility tests the last two months since ttc. Only on cycle 2 so can't say it helps or hinders process but I've not had any feedback from GP that it's bad news.
