Could this be implantation bleeding/could I even be pregnant?!

Hi everyone!

I am looking a little advice...

I am 33. DC1 is 12 months old. I am still breastfeeding. Period arrived 2 months ago. Usually i have very irregular, long cycles (45days). My last period started on 20th May and 11 days later I noticed a tiny bit of mucusy dischage that was a pinkish tinge. It was a bit more red the following day and on the next day I started to feel unwell (sore throat/stuffy nose/sore head, by that evening I was sore all over and feeling like I had the flu) and the bleeding came on almost like my period but not just as heavy and the blood was/is more of a bright red colour than the darker AF bleeding. The next day I noticed an orange tasted gross, I had fleeting nauseousness at times, sore back and a lot of cramping. I am writing this on the day following, and the bleeding has continued today- again, not as heavy as my period usually is but it has been fairly constant. Today I have been very gassy Blush and coldsores are trying to come out in force- haven't had them for two years. Nasal congestion all day. Not nauseous.

I am just wondering if it is even possible that I could be pregnant so soon after having my period? - we had sex one week after AF had arrived, so about 10 days ago.

Oh, and I remember with my son having implantation bleeding, quite similar to what I am having now, though it only lasted two days.

Any thoughts would be appreciated! It is really annoying not to be able to go to friends with this- I could of course, but if I am pregnant it would make it a very long drawn out affair for them!

It's certainly possible. If you're pregnant enough to get symptoms then you're pregnant enough to test positive on a stick. Good luck!
