Ovulation tests showing the opposite of what’s expected (test stats included)

I have a regular 27/28 day cycle so I should be ovulating today!

I started testing a few days ago. This pattern looks completely wrong. Do you think I have a dodgy batch of tests?

Your lh can go up and down I normally try and do them at the same ish time every day it looks like the top one your body attempted to ovulate but didn't so keep testing and you should get another peak soon :)

Do you track your temperature? That can help confirm ovulation after a peak ovulation test

It looks like you might be ovulating earlier. CD11 is quite dark (even though it says low). If you have a shortish surge then you might not be catching it on opks.

But I'd say just dtd every other day from about CD 7/8 and you should be OK.

Yikes, attempting to ovulate but didn’t/couldn’t sounds a bit scary but I am 38 so perhaps it’s to be expected! I will track for another couple of days and then track next month starting from day 5.

As my cycle has always been regular I guess I naively assumed all was ok!

I gave 26/27 day cycle and ovulate on CD11 or 12 so positive OPK on 10 or 11. Looks like you may be similar

@HumphreyTheBandit don't worry it's completely normal :) I track my temperature as well so it confirms when ovulation has happened :)

I had similar OPK’s last week. Thought I ovulated on CD12, but my OPK’s then peaked higher on CD21. Just keep tracking them!

So, a strange update. This is how far I got with the ovulation testing this month.

However, I have been spotting since day 20 of my cycle and today at day 23 looks like my period is on its way.

Truly bizarre as I am normally 27/28 days.

So it looks like I did ovulate really early on after all!

And now my period has arrived two days early! How strange.
