TTC_ Exploring option of TCM and Acupuncture

Hi All,
I have been TTC for some time now and have gone through 2 failed cycles of IVF.. I have just read about Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture treatment which is said to be improving the quality of eggs... does any one have any idea or experience to share

Hi @ShubsR I'm sorry to hear about your failed IVF, must have been difficult to go through! There is a thread about acupuncture where lots of ladies have shared their experience.

I'm currently doing acupuncture and can see a change in my cycles and symptoms after a few sessions and it has helped me mentally massively. I would 100% recommend you to try it out! Mine is helping to regulate the length of my cycles and increase blood flow to uterus to support a pregnancy. I don't know about egg quality but you should be able to have a chat with them before committing to see what they think they can do.

@choccrumpet. Thanks for that.. that is really encouraging.. I will definitely do some more reading on the acupuncture thread.

@ShubsR smiliar place....just had 2nd failed cycle....considering a good fertility accupunturist.
