TTC after ectopic. Advice on v faint BFP

Looking for a bit of reassurance. I've been testing daily since 6 days before missed AF. All BFNs so although disappointed I'm out this month. We had an ectopic back in December, had to wait 3 months to try again and this is our second month trying. I did an FRER and IC this morning (I can't control myself) and there's very very faint lines. I have a pic to upload but I can't do it on the app or desktop version? (I'm not new)
So I'm worried it's another ectopic, same thing happened when I was testing with that pregnancy. Nothing and then really faint lines just as AF was due. I have one DS and got a BFP with him 6 days before AF.
My question is did anyone have different levels of HCG in different healthy pregnancies? I'm assuming I would have had a stronger positive by now if all was ok ☹️ so sorry for the rambling

Oh @HereIfYouNeedMe I completely understand the worry. I don’t have any useful practical advice other than to say what my gynaecologist told me - every pregnancy is different. Can you call the EPU to let them know you’ve received a positive, or wait perhaps until Monday and see how the weekend goes?

Thanks for popping on this thread. I wish I could be excited but I just feel really sad and frightened!! Yes I'll see what happens over the weekend, see if I get a stronger BFP or if AF arrives. Not sure why I can't post a pic xx

Did you track ovulation at all? I'm thinking that post your ectopic your cycles could be wonky and you ovulated later than you thought, hence the weak lines.

Thanks for replying, no I didn't track! My app said Sunday but it's just an old app, we DTD Sunday so maybe I did ovulate a bit later? This is the pic from today

@feliznavidad2 thank you that's reassuring. The thing that's getting me is with DS I had a BFP 6 days before missed AF. This is only 2 days before, last pregnancy was the same.. only showed positive when I was due on and it was ectopic. I'm 98% not getting my hopes up. It's stressful, I wonder if I should test early or not but I think it definitely helped in picking up my ectopic last time and I guess it's useful to know if I'm going to have a chemical xx

I'm doubting mine as I was getting BFNs until today. Time will tell!

AF arrived today so I think it was a chemical. Moving forward to the next month 🤞🏼
