After five years of trying I’m too scared to get excited. I’m over a week late today. The test is so faint! Could I just be peri menopausal? (had no menopause symptoms whatsoever).

However I was like this with both my boy pregnancies so it was normal for me. Girl was positive on day one. I’m 42 years old. We said we were going to stop ttc when I turned 40 and we kind of did stop intentionally trying.

@StormBaby Its possible you ovulated a little later, and so although you are 8 days late, you might not be 22 DPO. I highly recommend venturing out to buy a FRER to re-test. Good luck!!
