Please give me some positive stories about conceiving after 10+ months

Hi all,

So month 10 is over and onto month 11. I'm starting to lose hope. I had a chemical pregnancy in February so at that point I knew I had at least one tube open and DH's swimmers were at least swimming in the right direction, but nothing since. My periods are very regular and I have clear ovulation signs.

I should add, we have 2 children already aged 5 and 10, conceived very quickly. I'm beginning to think we should just be happy to be blessed with 2 but the thought makes me so sad. I'm 34 and DH is 43.

I'd love to hear some positive stories. Thank you.

@ILookAtTheFloor I conceived on month 16. We were about to start fertility testing and had pretty much given up, although we did have 2 chemicals in the 16 months trying so similarly it gave a bit of hope that something was happening. Don't give up hope.

4th baby took 16 months after multiple miscarriages which convinced straight away so we had given up hope but currently 32weeks now.

A good friend of mine had been trying for a good couple of years without any success and had undergone IVF which failed. She had resigned herself to the fact that she wasn't going to have children and then out of the blue, she conceived her little boy naturally. He's now 3!

I conceived dd after 10 months when I had my first fertility appt booked at 12 months. I loved having to cancel it!!
