Vaginismus/syringe insemination

Hi everyone. I know a few people have done insemination on here in the past using a syringe at home... is anyone doing this currently? I have vaginismus so sex can sometimes be difficult to get DH all the way in. He's ejaculated a couple of times when he's barely been inside me, or I have to stop him before he goes deeper, etc, even though he's very gentle and understanding. It's fine for regular sex but not so great for baby making. I was wondering if a syringe may be easier, even though I have medical trauma and don't even like a finger up there - regardless, I would like to relax as much as possible and try.

Does anyone have any tips on how to do it safely? I'm worried about getting an embolism in the vagina from forcing air up - obviously we'll check for air bubbles but I'm paranoid about that sort of thing! I'll probably use an infant syringe, have DH deposit into a cup, keep it warm for ten minutes, use Pre-Seed and try and insert. I'd like to hear other people's experiences, especially if you have vaginismus!

Will also add that DH has been feeling the pressure to perform optimally during the fertile days, which makes things even more difficult! So a syringe may take the pressure off a little.

I don't have vaginismus but we have done insemination with a syringe so many times and became successful twice. I think you can try both, I would think even if your husband doesn't go deeper, as long as he deposit the little guys inside and they can swim. We used a small syringe too, just take out the bubbles and you should be good. I never developed anything.
