Cramping but no period

Hi Iv been cramping for the past few days but only on the evening. I was due on yesterday but AF hasn't come yet. I did a test yesterday morning but was BFN. I'm so confused! Been having nausea for over a week now. Was nearly sick this morning brushing my teeth. Can anyone give me there experiences please? Xx

I've had similar before. Don't know if it's like phantom pregnancy symptoms or just making my body think/hope I'm pregnant. Only had it 1 month then nothing like it again ever since. But keep testing in days to come as never know. I had that for about 1 week before AF arrived

Hey, I'm currently 8DPO... based on my apps I'm not due on for another 7 days.

I have had AF like cramps in my lower stomach and back for the past 2 days now. I only start getting cramps the day before AF is due so hoping this is a good sign 🤞🏻

I was pregnant in feb and I had the same cramping I did then to what I have now.

I remember saying to my partner that I had cramps but it's super early for it to be AF.
Fingers crossed it is and not early AF 🤞🏻

I'm CD36 today, and i'm 3 days late. But no sign of AF and only BFN. It's really getting me down!

I got a peak OPK on CD17, using clear blue digi tests. So not sure what else to think!

I've had cramps on and off for over a week now and have been incredibly tiered and nauseous. But i don't know if i'm just over thinking it all. But i can't seem to think about anything else!

I feel your pain. I'm cramping but no AF. I'm going to test later, did my last test on Sunday when I was due on and BFN. I'm scared to see the result cuz I'm convinced it's a negative and don't know how I'm gonna deal with it xx

I did another test this morning and it was a bfn. And I’m just devastated. I’m really struggling this week. I’d rather just have AF and move on. I hate being in limbo.

I don’t know what else to do. The waiting’s just getting me down. 😔

It’s all I can think about, and I feel so bad for Oh as I’m so down and miserable. 😔

I know what you mean, it’s such a punch in the gut everytime i get a bfn but then I’m like where’s AF?!

Iv been miserable too. My OH is lovely I'm so lucky. He went to the shop last night when I was getting my youngest to bed and got a big bar of chocolate to cheer me up 😍xx
