Tips to conceive after a laparoscopy for endometriosis

I've recently had a laparoscopy to remove stage 3 endo in the hope of increasing fertility. Does anyone have any tips to conceive after a lap? What helped you conceive after a laparoscopy?

Hey! No experience with TTC following a lap (yet) had my lap last year and hoping to TTC in a few months. Personally my plan was so reduce inflammation (endo is terrible for inflammation) and to spend time improving egg quality (another thing that endo can mess around with!). I bought a copy of "it starts with the egg" and there's loads of great suggestions in there for supporting TTC with endo.

I'll be following this thread as I'm keen to see if there are any success stories. So worried about my fertility cos of endo ☹️
