No period since CP but now pregnant?!

Hi Ladies just looking for opinions on my situation please.
I had a chemical in Jan, since the bleed from then I haven’t had a proper period, bled for 1 day in March and that’s it. I took a few pregnancy tests just in case this was implantation but all were negative.
I had been feeling ‘off’ for the past week or so and my boobs have
Been rock hard! So have done a few pregnancy tests, faint lines came up and then today a very clear positive, is this even possible without having a period for months?! Could the test be faulty?

Well it is possible that you caught pregnant at your first cycle. I have very irregular periods and hadn’t actually had one for two years when I found out I was pregnant with dc2.

Sorry about your chemical pregnancy. I had one in December and didn't bleed until after the next one in February 😩 so definitely possible. Congratulations :)

Essentially you bleed after ovulation when the egg isn't fertilised. So if you have the build up of lining, ovulated and got pregnant you wouldn't see a pregnancy.

I can’t believe it- I thought you would all say ‘impossible, dodgy tests’
I actually have an appointment with a clinic to start IVF next week! So praying this one sticks and I can tell them I don’t need it!
