Hi everyone I do a test each month even though I’m on the pill. I had my 7 day withdrawal bleed last week and started taking the pill again last Friday. I did the test today as I always do one mid month and it came up with a line but the following one (20 mins later) was fainter (different wee sample) and 1 the after negative ? (Different wee sample) thoughts on what has happened ??

I think you can't post pictures as a new member, only after a couple of days.
So my questions: why are you testing each month? What teat did you use? Do you think you could be pregnant as in did you miss a oill, wwre you sick or took medications?

I have always done one each month. I used a co op one x 2 I have been a bit ill which is why I was thinking it possibly meant I missed one? Does this help

If the first was very faint and then you didn’t hold your wee in for a few hours before tests two and three, there wasn’t enough HCG built up in your wee to show on the subsequent tests.

If you waited several hours and did NOT down loads of water, it was possibly a chemical.

I mean no contraception is 100% effective. But still, if you take the pill regularly the chances of a pregnancy are really small. Did you take another test?

I did another of the same brand and the same thing happened but then I did a clear blue and I didn’t see anything - so maybe a dodgy test?
