Faint positive test, had my first vaccine yesterday...

Had my covid vaccine yesterday (AstraZeneca) and today I've got a faint bfp. Should I be worried as they asked me if I was pregnant and I didn't think I was 🙈
Anyone else had this?

@nervouslyhopeful they offer it to pregnant women if they're at increased risk so I wouldn't worry at all. Atleast you're all protected now and massive congrats on your BFP :) x
