I’ve had 2 days of blank circles then this morning (9am) I had a flashing smiley. I’ve just retested (7pm) and it’s gone to a solid smiley.

We haven’t done the deed at all. Will we be in with a chance if we dtd tonight or am I too late?

I’m using the clearblue advanced digital (purple stick) if that makes any difference.

Not too late at all! This happened to me, wasn't expecting solid smiley one night, it went from blank circle the night before, straight to solid smiley, so had to get on with it and conceived (only had sex once the whole month). Best of luck!

Not too late! The best time to DTD is the day of a positive ovulation test and the day after. The solid smiley means you are likely to ovulate within 24-36 hours - it doesn't mean that you HAVE ovulated. If you know roughly when you should ovulate each month then try and dtd as much as possible (but not more than once a day) the 5 days leading up to a positive opk and the day after. Good luck!

@Tartanblanket1000 thank you so much for responding. This whole TTC lark isn’t easy

The same. One day no smile, the other day flashing smile and next morning static smile. Didn’t expect the static smile to appear so quickly! Especially, when I thought I ovulate 5 days or so later.
