Hi all,

So last night (10/11DPO) I had some really needle sharp pains in my left lower stomach, and lower back pain.

Fast forward to today and I've had a really bad headache, some mild tooth ache and lower stomach cramps.

I felt like AF was truly on the way but couldn't be sure, so used a tampon this evening as when I come on it's usually out of now where and heavy..
I'm not due on until Wednesday / Thursday...

This is what I have found when removing.

Please don't judge 🥴🙈 I know this is EXTREMELY tmi but I'm so confused

Hi OP. I've never had implantation bleeding so can't really weigh in. I think the only answer you could really get is it could be. Unfortunately there's no way of knowing without waiting a day or two and testing. Good luck.

Hi OP. I had implantation with one of my pregnancies and was quite similar! Very pinky and only lasted 1-2 days, hoping you the best!xx

Could be! I've only had IB once and it was only a tiny spot like that. Time will tell the tale.

Thanks everyone! Usually with AF I'd be full flow by now.. whereas it's still very occasional light pink spotting, and a few small cramps.

Really don't know what to think..
