Crampy and other weird feelings 11DPO

Hello everyone,

So I'm 11DPO today, and so far I've had BFN's sadly.

Today I've had very low, dull cramping after some sharper needle prick like pains in my left lower stomach all of last night.

Today I'm also VERY achey, headache from hell.. and even some tooth ache?

Not sure what to think. Any ideas?
