7dpo. Too early to rule out pregnancy?

Hi all,

So I am about 7dpo and have already given up hope on my bfp as I feel exactly the same as I do at this point every cycle - even had some blood-streaked discharge (sorry if tmi) which I get around this time. I just feel like our time will never happen, its been about 18 months now. Do you think I am being hasty at 7dpo to think that I'm out this month or would I be having definite signs right now?

Thanks in advance for all comments

Of course it’s too early, hang in there. Good luck.

@pearlsandpetals I'm with you, also 7DPO and feel the same as normal. But we have to try and stay positive! I'm getting bloods done this week with suspected PCOS... Just want answers!

Yes, you're right we need to be positive! I'm going to try and be more hopeful as it is early days. Good luck with your blood work. I have PCOS and irregular periods which is a bit frustrating at times but I was so glad to have answers.

7dpo is too early but with 18 months TTC behind you, you know that. I think you’re just feeling (understandably) down Flowers

I don’t know if this helps or not (apologies if not), I tested and got a BFN at I think 10dpo. Felt no different. The only symptom I had was AF type cramping. I tested 8 days later because I was so convinced I was out and I got a BFP. With hindsight I’ve had some weird dreams before my BFP but that isn’t too unusual for me (although the content was but I thought I wasn’t processing something and I needed counselling). I didn’t get any other pregnancy symptoms until about 5.5 weeks when I was gassy. Breast tenderness, exhaustion and nausea, your ‘usual’ pregnancy symptoms, didn’t kick in until 6 weeks.

Fingers crossed for you.

I've been pregnant 4 times - 1 healthy girl and 3 losses - and I've never felt any different at 7dpo. The pregnancy hormones only start being produced when it implants I've read so you wouldn't be getting any symptoms until then.
