Two Week Wait!

Hi, anyone else starting their 2ww?
I'm currently at 4dpo. Searching all over the internet for best time to test, anyone had any luck with super early positives?

This is my 4th cycle trying to conceive, and I've symptom spotted every time, and taken really early tests.

Hoping this is my month! 🤞🏻

I couldn't help myself and used a cheap internet test. It was negative, so hoping it's just too early!

How are you all feeling?

@victoria5895 definitely too early! Have you tested since? I’m 8dpo, so waiting until Sunday or Monday hopefully!

@A1b2c3d4e5f6g7 no I haven't done anymore. I have one first response left from last month so I'm going to save that until my period is due on the 4th.
We're away with couples this weekend so hopefully that will distract me. I'm slightly paranoid about drinking this weekend, it seems silly to not allow myself drink as I may not even be pregnant but I know I would feel awful if it turns out I am on Monday.

@victoria5895 to be away will be so nice! It’s hard to know what to do about drinking when you’ve been trying for a while isn’t it? I compromise, I have a few glasses of wine but very spaced out with lots of water inbetween. People don’t seem to notice then.

I think that’s just because I’m trying not to advertise that I’m trying to everyone, especially at work lunches and dinners. It’s amazing how long I can eke put a glass of wine though 😂

I got my peak on 22nd April so think I ovulated 22nd or 23rd. This is my first month temping too. I also had my corrected 21 day bloods done today (I have longer cycles, about 31-35 days which makes each month seem like a year)

Does anyone know if thicker discharge post ovulation is a thing? Yesterday I got a lot of thick discharge randomly. I don’t usually get this. No idea if it signifies anything...

Hello @WaitingForEgg. I don't know if it is a thing. I have the Flo app and had quite a bit of thicker creamy discharge after ovulation and for about a week after, logged it, and they said creamy or sticky is perfectly normal for luteal phase.

I don't know if it signifies anything, I looked back at my logs and last month it was sticky, but the month before it was creamy, so I'm at a loss!

@wanderlove I use them and do find them helpful, especially if your not 100% sure on ovulation timing. I find the digital much better as I tend to struggle a bit with analysing the tests... but I think the cheap ones are fine too

I tested again yesterday and it was negative! No sign of my period, which is due today so back into the waiting game now.

Im 6 dpo and its driving me nutts, especially cause i think i can feel my period on its way (due on monday)

My period ended up coming 4 days late! I feel like I definitely need to up my game on tracking ovulation etc. So we're giving the clearblue tracker things a go this month.

Aww yeah ok this is our first month ttc so i cant really complain, we lost our last baby at 13w last year so quite anxious about it all.
How are you finding the clear blue?
Ive been using them and turns out i ovulate a week later than i thought.
