Hi mums.
My daughter is 7months old. She was exclusively breastfed until about 6months. I took my first period last month on 21st of March lasting a grand total of 7days.
My question is:
As I am still breastfeeding, although no longer exclusively, can it affect my cycles? Make them irregular or longer in duration?
I changed my app to a 31 day cycle just to be safe, I’ll be 4 days late on Sunday going if the app.
