Ovulation after chemical pregnancy

Hiya

Just wondering what your stories are of ovulation after an early MC or cp?

I'm not sure if my body will ovulate this month. I had cp at Easter so no period since. I've been tracking using CB digital opk but missed today, however I still think it would be negative.

Has anyone not ovulated at all after a cp, or just a longer cycle?

Hi first of all I'm very sorry to hear about your cp. I had a very early mc at the end of February and like you I began tracking with OPK's i used clear blue also. According to them I likely ovulated 2 days later than I usually do! I trust the tests as I had my normal ovulation signs around the same time as the positive opk. I know everyone is different but it's certainly possible your will ovulate this cycle maybe just abit delayed. Good luck

I'm sorry for your loss @Mrsmujic ! I've had multiple cp's, haven't been tracking my ovulation consistently but I know past few cycles straight after each cp I ovulated later in my cycles, CD18-22 or even after. What cd are you on now?

I would keep testing until you see a peak or you're so late in your cycle you think it's unlikely. I get up to 11 days of highs ( I know cb says to stop testing after a certain number of high days but I don't, I keep going, otherwise I would have missed my peak) so keep testing. There's a chance you might not ovulate at all as well, it might take a few cycles to get back to normal

Thanks girls, I'm on cd17 and still no flading smiley let alone static! Today is the latest I've ever had a flash start so it's very odd. My cycles are normally 30-36 days so I'm not sure what's going on.. hopefully something will happen soon, if not I'll leave it this cycle and hope for the next! X
