So I've never spotted before a period but this month 8 days before my period is due I noticed a small amount of blood in my underwear nothing at all when I wiped and the again today the same thing I am having sharp cramps so I'm wondering if my period is just coming early? I have a 1 year old that was conceived with icsi and I have a low egg count could this be implantation 4 days apart or early menopause? Any help is appreciated
