So I know it's super early and no one can know for sure and more likely to be fine or another early loss but I can't shake the worry but not in pain etc to warrant a and e or anything and drs are closed today.

Horrific backache
Headache
Nausea
Bad cramps and stomach pains
Started bleeding red
Fever in the evening with chills
Diarrhoea (very often!)
Out of hours dr asked if I was pregnant as would be concerned if I was (said chance but had negative test that morning)
Had covid test due to fever - negative
13dpo
fever subsided
Still bleeding red and pink
Had a feeling so tested - super faint positive! (Smu 5 hour hold)
Still having bad diarrhoea at least 10 times in the day
14dpo (today)
Super faint positive again fmu (same as yesterday if anything possibly a fraction lighter)
Bleeding (so far) seems to be easing off and is now a light pink
Still having diarrhoea (3rd time since woke up 😩)
Assumed early period and stomach bug but now after doing the very not sensible thing of googling I'm now worrying about ectopic due to the bleeding faint positives and diarrhoea
Is this anything anyone had experienced?
Guessing much more likely to be having another chemical and a stomach bug at the same time but just got this thought that won't go.
(Also pervious chemicals I've had positives then bled not bled then had a positive not sure if that's normal or not)
