2 weeks missed period but negative test result

I’ve taken 4 pregnancy tests from Walgreen this week but still comes out negative. I haven’t had my period for two weeks now and it usually comes on time every month. Is there a possibility that I am pregnant but the tests are wrong?

It was a long time ago so I can't be sure I'm remembering it correctly but I think my Dsis had the same thing and it was an ectopic pregnancy. If you are really regular normally it might be worth seeking a medical opinion.
