15 dpo is this line too faint?

Hi

We have been TTC no 2 for coming up to 18 months. We've decided to move to IVF and I had my first scan booked in for today. My period was late by a day (it's sometimes late so I didn't think anything of it) but decided to do a pregnancy test just in case. I got this result. It's a bfp but Looks a bit too faint to me for 15 dpo and I'm thinking that it may well be yet another chemical. Has anyone had a line this faint at 15 dpo and gone on to have a healthy pregnancy?

@loulou2021 could you have ovulated later than normal? Were you using OPKs? This looks like my 11/12dpo line

That is not feint, that is a line! Congratulations 🎉

My line was much much much more feint at day 14/15 dpo and even at day 21/22 it was the same line never came up during window either. Digital confirmed it though.

@DizSquiz thanks for your reply. I'm pretty sure of my dates as I used opks and I temp. I guess I could be a day or so out. Your line progression looks great!!

@champions55 thanks for your reply! I'll test again tomorrow and see how it looks. With my first pregnancy I tested once and that I was it - didn't even occur to me to test again. Much simpler times 😂

Mine was same with my first a very strong line when I tested there was no hesitation.

With my second I was due my period and the line came up way after the time when I went to put it in the bin. I cld see the line though so so feint and it was like that at even week after I was due my period. Tested everyday never got any darker and never came up with the time period. My dh was having none of it he's like u aren't pregnant I'm like I am! He believed me once I took the digital lol. Must be in some pregnancies u have lower ecg 🤷🏻‍♀️ My due date was pushed back a couple of days so maybe another reason.

@champions55 that's really interesting! Fingers crossed all is ok and it won't turn out to be a chemical. I'll see what tomorrow's test looks like and then decide whether to do a digital. I've started to "feel" pregnant today - but it could be all in my mind 😂😂.

It's probably not in ur mind at all, ur just noticing it more, best wishes for you. Let us know how ur digital goes x
