Is spotting or implantation bleeding really a thing?

Did you have any spotting?

I'm 5 days late today but AF had decided to show up. Well, it might be AF. It's very light just now. I'm hoping it could just be some kind of I'm implantation

With my first I had a smear of pink when I wiped a couple of times one day but nothing more than that. With my second I didn't have any at all.

Thank you. I'm trying to stay positive but part of me thinks I should just admit defeat. I have been to the loo twice, first time there was some pink "light spotting" and second time there wasn't anything.

I'm hoping it's maybe just some kind of implantation but I don't want to get my hopes up ☹️

Have you done a pregnancy test? I hope it's implantation bleeding that you are having.

I didn't have anything so was really shocked when I got my BFP!

I'm so sorry I completely misread. It is definitely a thing that's why I was so sure that I was out because I didn't have anything at all and everyone else I knew had xx

I done a test a few days ago and there was a really faint positive. I was waiting a few days until I took another so the hcg levels would build up but I've woke up this morning and just feel gutted after seeing the tissue. I'll just have to wait and see if it gets heavier

Yes it's a thing. I also randomly bled around 8 weeks

Do you think it's still worth doing another test maybe tomorrow if I'm not any heavier?
