Hi. So this is our first month ttc since my mc in jan. it’s my first cycle since as well. I’ve been testing since cd 11 and have been getting a flashing smiley on CB ovulation test , I’m now on CD16. I’ve also been using the Premom app with cheapy tests. I’ve got a feeling I won’t ovulate. My son is 5 and it took us two months to conceive him. The baby I lost took one year to conceive. I’m so scared something isn’t right. It’s just been a draining process. Can anyone help. I’ll post my Premom results below. Please help. I don’t think it’s looking promising :(. I’m so desperate for baby no.2

I don't know if I'm going to ovulate :(

I am so sorry to hear about your previous loss. That's so hard.
Did you track your BBT or CM? I would suggest you do these methods to double-check if the ovulation occurs or not.

I haven't done the temps. I lost patience. Maybe I need a better thermometer. It was up and down everywhere. I never get the ewcm. Just like slippy stuff. I do worry that's not normal too

@MeganN91 Its perfectly normal to not get EWCM, the wet slippery stuff is an indication that your cervix is ready to receive sperm and the environment is welcoming (the creamy or sticky CM is usually toxic to sperm).

The OPKs you have shared are all negative, but don't let that get you down, it is still very early in the month (CD16) and your LH levels could shoot up any day. I often ovulate between CD18-35, which isn't ideal but my body will usually get there. It sounds as though post MC your cycles may be effected, this is also normal. Were you cycles very regular before your MC?

Sorry to hear about your loss, it must be very difficult xx

Thank you for replying. I don't think I've had the ewcm in a long while really. I do get stretchy stuff. I used to get it when I was younger before kids were even on the card and had no idea what it was ! I've just turned 30 so it's not an age problem. Maybe the mc has messed my cycle up a bit. I did have a lot of problems after it. I had retained product detected 6 weeks later. I refused the d&c but luckily my period started a week later. The retained product was tiny , I didn't want them doing an op and pos causing damage for something so small. I'm just impatient. It was heartbreaking to go a year trying , finally get it and just be taken away. We saw the little heart and then a week later it was gone. It emotionally broke me. But I'm ready to go again. I just fear another year of trying. I can't do that again. I've been having a dull ache low down for the last 24 hours but opks are still negative. I just don't know what my body is doing. (Sorry for the essay ). 😆 x

Hi, you say you don't get any ewcm... are you checking internally? If it feels slippery like lube it's a sign of your fertile window.
Also I would recommend doing OPKs several times a day, the morning ones are usually the least reliable as LH builds up over night so they come out stronger than they actually are. Try get a couple more OPKs in. Otherwise it can be very easy to miss your peak. Mine can be faint and negative one day and then peak the next day. Or be medium around lunchtime then blazing positive in the pm.

Hi it is slippery when I come to think of it. I'm getting a lot of wet mucus today. I think o prob have missed my peak if I did peak. I was just checking in the morning 😔. We have been dtd every other day since CD12 so pos might of caught it. But I'm never very positive about it all. I think I need to up my game a bit like you say and check more often throughout the day. Did you find it shot up very quickly with yourself ? X

Also I think I've only been using fmu because I was worried my wee might be too diluted . I over think so much ! X

Yes it does go up from low to high very quickly, usually hovers in the high area for a few hours and then peaks. I’ll attach a screenshot. You’ll see that I take tons of them, I’m just not relaxed about anything ttc at all so am always trying to make sure I’ve done my best.

I don't know if I'm going to ovulate :(
NoCallerID · 01/04/2021 10:55

Also, I should've manually changed all of the CD23 ones to "high" as they are clearly not "low"...

Ahhh brilliant. Gosh it does go up very quick. I'm going to try testing more throughout the day then. At least I know for next time now if i don't get anything this month. This might be an answer you don't know. But I'll ask anyway 😆. I said I was having a lot of watery mucus today. It's very slightly stained and I have a lot of aching at the bottom of my back on the left side. Almost like a pulled muscle. Any idea what that could mean. I give up with google x

Watery discharge is fertile like ewcm. Pains might be ovulation pains?
