Hi girls, im late for my period today, I'm cd37 and have always normally had a visit by af by now.. I've been getting BFP on frer which have been getting darker but one-step is so faint and doesn't seem to be progressing as I thought?

Anyone got any ideas on this? I've got cramps and sore boobs, super tired but I do not understand why hcg doesn't seem to be strong? I think I'm roughly 14/15 dpo.

Thanks X

I would only go by the FRER if the lines are getting darker that's a good thing although they don't have to a line is a line no matter how light or dark it is

Personally I hate one step tests although I did use them but I didn't get a strong line until a couple of days after I'd missed my period

Congratulations

Thank you @May2021Mummy I'm just concerned as the frer are much higher sensitivity and I thought the 25ml ones should pick up more by now? When would be a good time to go to drs? (This is my first so I'm clueless!!)

Thanks xxx

Ugh one step are crap for me. I stopped using them because they just didn't work. I only got a faint positive on them when a digital already showed 2/3 weeks. Forget them. Go by the FRER. Congrats!

@Mrsmujic so I think it's different depending where you are from but I had to fill in a form on the nhs website which I did at about 7 weeks then I was contacted by a midwife and had my first booking in appointment at about 9 weeks

That sounds fine to me :) they are a lot more sensitive and can also depend on the amount of dye in them. I'm having the opposite problem which is confusing me that I have a line on one steps but frer is super super faint in comparison 🤷‍♀️

Let us know how you get on with the digital 🤞🏻😍
