AF arrived but RHR increased... any advice?

Hi everyone,

Just after some advice or to see if this has happened to anyone else?

Last month I had a chemical at 4+3. It was our first cycle trying but I had noticed my RHR rise rapidly through the month so had been hopeful, and then got a positive test at 16DPO, CD32. I then started with AF the next day.

This month I’ve had a rise in RHR again but AF arrived yesterday at 13DPO, CD28. I usually have cycles between 29-31 days so not too unusual for me. However what was a bit strange was that my RHR only dropped by 1BPM.

Today it has risen again which is a bit bizarre? My BBT has dropped as usual though.

Attached are a few screenshots of my Fitbit monitor - for Jan when I wasn’t TTC so is pretty normal for me; Feb when I had the chemical; and then March. FF charts attached too with BBT in case that’s relevant.

Anyone had anything similar or know why my RHR hasn’t dropped this time? I’m guessing it’s potentially another chemical but my body is a bit confused?

I’m definitely on as well as it’s dark red blood with clots so not implantation bleeding I don’t think.

I have clots most months so I wonder if that’s what’s going on, have ordered some baby asprin to try this time to see if that helps any little embryos to stick...

Any advice much appreciated, thank you ☺️

FF charts wouldn't attach to the last post for some reason...

Thanks everyone!

Is there a reason you think it might be hard for you to conceive? Because if not I would say it's really very early to be charting in detail and I suspect that's only going to feed anxiety. This may not be he.ping your situation. I would try a month with sex every couple of days and no testing till AF is five days late. It's totally normal to take up to a year to fall pregnant. I know that isn't what you want but it's not always hopeful to over medicalise this. Clots are normal in periods. You don't need to treat that.
