Hello!

I’m 42 and TTC #1, though I’m pretty zen and feeling happy with whatever happens as I adore my partner and life.

What I’ve found on other threads is how awful the statistics are and how poorly fertility statistics are relayed to women who are trying to conceive over the age of 35. I mean, we all know it’s harder, but we also know that IVF clinics are keen to push the negative stats.

So, if you have successfully had your children over the age of 35 please post about it here! and if you are over 40 you will be giving a lot of ladies hope so please share!

If you know your AMH/AFC and could share that too it would be great. I’d really like to be able to point people to this threads as a place to feel positive.

After all - we only need one good egg, right? ;-D

Thanks all! xxx

Wishing you loads of baby luck op, I had dc2 when 36... no problems or issues. I’m sure they’ll be lots of other ladies along in a bit, similar age to you with happy stories-hope this bumps for you xx

Hey all! Good luck OP! I'm ttc at 43 and to be honest I'm trying to avoid the negativity.

I'm expecting DC2 at age 39, TTC for 11 months. Had DC1 at 35 TTC for 1 month. No issues with the babies, I had/have my own pregnancy related illnesses but they were/are fine so far!
