Positive or Evap lines?

Hi,
I’m new to this!
I had what seemed to be a UTI for at least ten days so I went to the drs. They got me to do a urine sample, which didn’t show any signs of infection.
My dr suggested I did a pregnancy test as I have missed a bleed (I’m on the pill). I did a test on Friday morning and it was negative in a couple of mins, went back to bed and then came back an hour later to what looked quite clearly as a positive. I read online this means it’s likely to be an evaporation line, however this was clearly blue in colour.
I did another test on Sunday morning and it did the same, negative in the ten mins but when I checked later it was positive.
The dr has said it’s likely evap lines but I should test again next weekend. My sister, who has 6 children is adamant that I’m positive.
Has anyone had experience of this before? I’m just very confused!

I really hope it's the outcome that you want - I had an evap with blue dye which looked just like that, which was so cruel. Since then I've been a pink dye gal.

I’m going to do a digital test at the weekend and hopefully that’ll be more accurate

Mine were a lot more faint than those! They are defo positive.

Hi all,
So I got impatient and did a clear blue early response test this morning. Not a line in sight 😩 this Tesco tests must have been evaps!

Hi ladies, I’ve missed another bleed on the pill (should have been this week) so I’m going to have to speak to the drs again! 😩
