7/8 dpo too early to test.

My partner and I only managed to try once during my fertile window this month and it was I think 4 days before I ovulated so I know it is unlikely we concieved. I did a test this morning and think I am 7 or 8 days dpo...was bfn on a clear blue early detection. Is this accurate enough for me to assume not pregnant or do I need to wait? Tia

7/8 dpo wouldn’t show up for many people at all. You need to wait really until at least 12dpo preferably 14 if you can or if af is late for accurate results. Until af comes there’s no way to be sure a negative is a true negative if you see what I mean?

This website breaks down into percentages how many pregnant women will get a positive at each DPO. For 7 DPO only 7% of pregnant women get a positive. To be sure you need to wait until at least 12 dpo in my experience or until your period is late.
