Can you have an LH surge after ovulation

I’m using premom for monitoring my ovulation as I’m trying to conceive. Im supposed to be 3DPO however took another LH test just to make sure it’s staying down. However this was elevated. My temp has also been on the low side (first cycle temping), could this mean I’m not ovulating?? So confused.

I wonder if your result is positive. If it's positive, you may keep testing and temping since you might have more than one peak in this cycle.

To answer your title question - no you can't. It means either you misinterpreted the first positive (hard to say without pics) or that you're having multiple LH surges. The latter is perfectly normal, but just so you know it's the last surge combined with a temp rise that means you've ovulated.
