TTC over 40 with endo and hormone issues, advice?

So this is not for me. But i have no idea.

What would you suggest/recommend to someone who just turned 40 and is trying for first baby with bad endometriosis (had surgery young but in a bad state still) and some hormone imbalance issues.
Try naturally first? For how long?
See a specialist?
Consider ivf?

Straight to IVF. There isn't really time to delay and the endo isn't going to help. Took me 6 years (because of endo) and multiple rounds of. IVF starting younger too.
