Hey, just looking into trying to take some supplements to help lengthen my cycle.
3 out of 4 cycles recently have been either 22 or 23 days and I think my Luteal phase is 9/10 days. I've only been TTC for the last 3 months but just wondering what I can do to help. Open to all suggestions. Thank you xx

Hey @Confused678866
From my own experience, taking 100mg vitamin B6 lengthened my cycle.
Reading so many negative stories about multivitamins such as pregnacare put me off so I thought I’d keep it simple by taking one thing at a time, along with folic acid and vitamin D so it would help pinpoint what works or not.

Good luck!

@cat8986 Oh that's perfect! Thank you. I've been reading lots of things about the conception multivitamins and them delaying ovulation etc which isn't ideal when TTC.
Sorry to ask, but did it take long for the vitamin B6 to lengthen to your cycle? Thank you x

I used agnus castus to help regulate my cycle when TTC - it was a herbal remedy from A Vogel, didn't taste great but worked a treat when i got pregnant after over a year of TTC and two miscarriages - DD 12 now
Good luck

I'm trying soy isoflavones to lengthen my luteal phase and strengthen ovulation - its my first cycle so I can't say whether they've worked or not, but read lots of good stuff about it

@A1b2c3d4e5f6g7 Thank you, I'll have a look into it. Good luck! X
